Jealous, as defined by the Oxford Advanced Learning Dictionary (7th Ed, pg 828) is - feeling angry or unhappy because someone you like or love is showing interests in someone else - feeling angry or unhappy because you wish you had something some else has. Jealousy is a sign of weakness, it shows the incompetency of the person demonstrating jealousy. It is dangerous to hold that feeling for long. The longer a person is holding onto it, the more it will consume them. Consume in the sense that, more precious time, energy and thought is being wasted, instead of doing something productive. The longer the feeling is there, the more it grew, and can end badly, and is a total waste of time.
